How Can I Help?

Spread the love

Here are some ways to support yourself and our community to help reduce stigma, educate, and spread awareness:

Take a class

Learn how to recognize the signs of suicide and respond appropriately:

Are you part of an organization that you feel would benefit from one of our classes or a Community Conversation on a mental health-related topic?   Contact us and let’s talk about it.
